Rona Millinger, Founder and President of The Millinger Group, started her professional career in banking, for seven years working for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
After earning her MBA from Columbia Business School, she transitioned into Human Resources consulting – initially working for a boutique compensation consulting firm (SCA Consulting) that is now part of Mercer. During this time, she consulted with a wide range of clients, primarily helping them design incentive plans and benchmark pay.
Rona then moved into Corporate Human Resources roles, first in compensation and later in organizational effectiveness at Campbell Soup Company. These roles enabled Rona to get hands-on leadership experience as an HR specialist in a global organization. During this time she focused on compensation design and communications, performance management, employee engagement, training and facilitation, and partnering with HR generalists.
In 2006 Rona founded The Millinger Group to return to her roots in Human Resources consulting and providing personal, high-touch services to companies large and small, public and private, on initiatives that are important to them and their business goals and strategies.
As a trusted HR partner, Rona typically becomes an integral player on her clients’ project teams, using her strong business background to bring practical, business-aligned solutions to each client.
